I'm at 28,000 miles on my 2.1 turbo and I've been getting a system too lean in bank 1 code. I also watched your vid replacing the fuel filter. Thank you. I was worried about the factory hose clips. Thumbs up on both.

After seeing this I wonder of adding a secondary fuel filter would be useful. Planning a trip in eastern europe and I hear their diesel isn't always the best. Thanks for the video man.

just subscribed to your channel, your explanations are clear and your camera work is steady and precise, well done ,just a note on oil, esp if for the vehicles that are running the DEF systems i believe, I saw one fellow using Mobile 1 diesel truck oil for 500k miles and no issues, I disconnected the DEF system because it was costing way too much for repairs first 2 were $1500 each, def heater and nox sensors so out it came, now I get much better fuel economy and horse power went up to 244. 2014 2500 170 converted now just reached 300,000km, which is 180,000 miles, so did all my fluid changes and filter changes, added Sumo springs, shocks, struts, winter tyres, STILL TO DO, change fuel filter, add a Hellwig sway bar, change windshield. paint the rocker panels, plastic trim, and bonnet with a bully paint bed liner black, its like a raptor paint but water based made in Australia, water base make sit easy for clean up and touch ups if needed.

in my country (Argentina) I change that filter every 15,000 kilometers (10.000 miles aprox)

Hi do you have any problems with van or def system, how many miles you got there

I have over 50000 miles and on this sprinter I had no problems but on the other one that had about 50000 to 80000 miles I did have to clean the def filter

Always follow what is recommended by the makers…..change it after 20,000 miles. It is better for the vehicle and the environment.
