Growing up, I remember my mother telling me that we each have been blessed & tasked with our own ministry from the Lord....and her ministry was to care for her family. How beautifully humble & rich her words were....and remain ever fresh in my heart today. She is 77 now & still....her ministry is to my father. You may not realize it now, sister, but you are depositing precious jewels of wisdom into your children by allowing them to watch you care for them & their daddy. May His Grace & favor continue to be your driving passion to walk out your own ministry.

In my opinion, this day of cooking was the epitome of fall. It was all so cozy and comforting. I’ll be trying some of these for sure! Thank you, Kelsey, for always sharing the recipes. I really like the idea of the homemade chocolate sauce for chocolate milk! I’m wondering if the ‘paste’ could be freeze dried in a large quantity and scooped that way. I think this would make both a healthier and delicious gift for someone who really enjoys chocolate milk! Bless you friend! 🧡🍁

Someone else may have already said this, but you need to use a little more fresh milled flour. It's lighter and fluffier, not compacted like store bought. I love chai tea. Trader Joes chai tea bags, NOT the mix in the tin, are the best I've found.

Growing up my mother always used mayo instead of cream which is good but if she didn't mix it super well you would end up with a blob of mayo here and there which is bad for a guy like me that doesn't like mayo. So I'm glad that in your last video where you made the crustless version with the cream I had to give it a try and it was great, not as tangy as it is with mayo but easier to mix without the chance of mayo globs. Next time I think I'm going to try sour cream and see how that works out.

Looks delicious as usual. I am curious about your use of terms such as “one cup’s worth”. Is this a regional phrase or simply something you picked up along the way? I don’t think I have heard anyone else use the term. Just curious.

My goodness, you eat far too much cheese! I never add salt to anything with salted butter or cheese (when I could eat dairy) as they have salt already, and current recommendations are for an adult no more than 6g of salt a day.
