Seeded Rolls with dry fruits

500 grams of flour ( 3 1/2 cups )
50 grams of melted butter ( 3.5 tablespoons)
1 pocket of yeast
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
225 ml of warm water or a mixture of water 175 ml plus 50 ml milk
1 teaspoon of honey or tablespoon for sweeter buns of honey that goes into the liquid
dry fruit: figs, apricots, cranberries
seeds: walnuts pecans sesame seeds, pumpkin, sunflower....anything you like
