Seeded Watermelon vs Seedless Watermelon

Where can you finded seeded watermelon and grapes?The only place I can consistently find it is Walmart and Sprouts. Some people have told me Aldi too.
What are the physical differences between a seeded and seedless watermelon? Outside of the seeds there is a physical different between the too. Seeded watermelons tend to be larger and take on a pill shape. Think more like a hot dog or oval the center is fairly long. Whereas a seedless watermelon us more round in shape the center is much shorter which allows for more of that roundess.
Did you know these differences? I learned this a while back and it was of the best tools for me to spot a seeded watermelon.

Man this is me right now !!!!!! Im in the Bay Area ca I went to Safeway , to Whole Foods, to target , to Walmart and grocery outlet and no seeded watermelon anywhere I’m done where can I find some damn seed watermelon and sprouts is far omg !! When I was growing up that’s all they had this is why 90 baby’s look so young

This is a great video. I never would have known the visual difference. Now that they are out of season, are the health benefits just as good as eating a seedless watermelon vs seeded watermelon while there hard to find??

Now tell them it’s no difference it’s just cloned from the leaf and not the seed. Seeded take longer to grow cloned is a split leaf that’s replanted ✌🏽 get seedless so u don’t have to spit seeds.

I'm not sure what the point was of this seemingly pointless video, but I can answer your question! I myself only buy seeded watermelon (though sadly they are hard to find in grocery stores here in NYS) because they TASTE WAY BETTER, they are MUCH JUICIER, WAY SWEETER, have a more SATISFYING MOUTH-FEEL (TEXTURE), and as if this weren't enough you also get way more melon for the money. P.S. also seeded watermelons are UNBELIEVABLY REFRESHING during a hot summer day. They can't be beat for HYDRATING you as well. Seedless melons are inferior in all ways.

Seeded watermelons are tastier and kids have more fun spitting out the seeds at cookouts! She described them as "long" but I would use the word "oblong".

@carrienation6080 Got it. Thank you. Seed spitting seems like a pastime as most people opt for the "convenience" of seedless melons. I remain a fan of the seeded melon because that's how nature made them and how I remember them and choose to enjoy a melon, seeds, and all.

@silverbushb448 It's only useless to an ignorant person. Seedless watermelons are more genetically modified, not fertile, more manipulated by man. They do this, so you can not use the black seeds to grow your own watermelon. Ignorant and dependent on the system, is what they want people to be. She's conveying that longer is not manipulated. The seedess is a deception....a ball of mess.
