Cole The Cornstar, aka Cole, is a 4th generation family farmer from Central Iowa who is the life force behind his family’s 1,700 acre farm. Cole promotes agriculture by filming his day-to-day adventures with his Dad (Daddy Cornstar) and brother (Cooper) on the farm. With a lot of help from Daddy Cornstar, Cole instills humor and education into his videos fit for both young adults and adults. Despite being 23-years old, Cole has an old-fashion work ethic with an innovative approach toward agricultural technology and practices. Cole's mission is to prove the American Dream is not dead and be a megaphone for agricultural education and innovation, from technological advances in farming equipment to conservation practices.

I truly admire and appreciate the care y'all take in all the cemeteries and the graves you dig/ fill. I work with a local non-profit and we've been working on restoring old cemeteries in the area, and after a tornado last year damaged two we started the process of photographing every one in the county in case damage occurs, so I've seen all kinds. Across the board, none of the active ones have as well taken care of fresh graves (or anything remotely close to this level of care). Many of them don't seem truly cared for, just occasionally mowed- including mowing people's decorations. I still have many to go, so I am hoping some are as well cared for, but thank you for restoring some amount of hope and sense of compassion for me.

You would think that watching a video of roof repair and seeding a lawn would be boring. Because of all the hard work, team work, helping each other it is actually nice and calming in such a hectic world. I especially love seeing Daddy Cornstar working in the cemetery. He has such a respectful and tender attitude at a time when family and friends of the deceased are so heartbroken. The cemetery portion always makes me think of my daddy. He passed away in 1978 (I was 10 years old) and was the Sexton for a cemetery in NE Ohio where I grew up. The farm is looking better and better. Can’t wait to see the start of the harvest. Love and prayers to all of you!

I started watching cleaning up my 103 year old mansion hoarders house, I was so impressed with your methodical routine of cleaning I watched more I'm a bit of a tidy nut myself, a place for every thing and everything in it's place, went on to basement with Nave help and by the time you got to the yard I was hooked. Now look forward to my daily dose of cornstar. Yes Cole your right a 10 min video is great, sit down for a little break with a cuppa between chores or at lunch time and Oh I'll just have a look at what Cole & family are up to. I like your Dad's tongue twisters and 'spoonerism' gives us a good laugh, but Daddy Cornstar can sure talk the leg off a table ! I admire your work-ethic & Coopers also you are all hard workers and your attitude to adversity is to be admired. I watch you on my TV on KZbin so unable to like what I see there. But believe me I like what I see, would like to know what your parents actual names are ? Cheers Robyn from Australia.

Give the yard a good misting till the seeds take, then make sure to water them nicely.

HI Mate, I watch all your videos from Queensland Australia and look forward to each and every new one that comes out. Love the respect you all have for each other and the respect you give when working the cemeteries. Shows right down to the music change when filling in a grave. There are many that walk this earth that could learn a few things from you. Take care and stay safe. Ken

Can't wait to see beautiful green grass! Daddy Cornstar should sneak in some night and put some plastic thistles in for good measure. LOL

Another great video Cole. Always great to see forward progress on the cornstar farmstead. The yard looks great. The unheated machine storage building is really looking up too. Hopefully that bit of rain will get your lawn established. Keep moving forward.

I have been watching every video since 2019 harvest started and I wouldn’t change a thing. The way you all have got better with recording and you Cole with editing. It’s crazy keep up the amazing work and I can’t wait for that grass to start showing!

DC, you have to be very proud of your kids. You will love that KY seed but this is coming from a KY woman.

I’m am truly impressed with Cooper. I’m pretty sure Cole and Summer are the same way. To be so young and focused speaks volumes about how they were raised. DC and Mama Cornstarch you need to write a parenting book! Your children are Christians, young people we need more of them. That Cooper has an old soul. He gets how life works. He’s going places. I’m very impressed.
