When I met Alex Brightman at stage door for SOR, he snatched my phone out of my hand and took a bunch of selfies with me before saying a word. It was hilarious. He's an incredible performer, to be sure. Never in my life have I ever seen someone put literally everything they have into each performance. He does and it's just astounding. I wish I knew how to do that. Different note: what perfume were you wearing that caused such a strong positive reaction from him HOURS after applying it? I must have this magical perfume, lol

when I saw this show in previews, Alex Brigham gave me the best advice for being a theater actors which was to stay in the moment and focus on working up because I’ll eventually get to live out my dream of being out on Broadway I loved meeting him, the show was wonderful, and m so glad you enjoyed it I agree that it should win technical awards for set design and lighting design Tony Award Sunday, woohoo!!!
