❤Living harmoniously with the Life that makes your life possible. That is a breath of fresh sea air. Overcoming a long history wherein authentic spirituality comes from undergoing suffering voluntarily. A topic you covered.

It makes you wonder how many religious practices are designed to aid your disassociation rather than draw you nearer to source.

@@quasimandias Yes, Voluntary suffering and intentional labour, this is what personal work and spiritual growth is about. Religion is destructive nonsense unless it happens on the inside in life and for life.

Almost all humanity are automatons and their humanity is buried and stifled that it is almost dead, however 12 fully conscious people could change this all. In this activity I am just about near the point of being able to walk and chew gum at the same time, what is needed is a group that will help each other to wake the !..! up and help each other to stay that way. Any suggestions?

Other than start with 2, not much. As I see it, the key lies in denormalizing the perspective held by the status quo, which is a simple abuse dynamic, and by conspicuously choosing otherwise demonstrating an attractive alternative. A lot of people will remain beyond reach, however. The pain of confronting past mistakes will prevent them from any kind of constructive future.

how come its called the cost of living?
@quasimandias
@quasimandias 29 күн бұрын
If I understand your question, if you are born in a territory governed by a colonialist control state all land or other opportunities for you to make a living for yourself have been privatized so you must purchase or rent the permission to exist from some other person. That’s the cost of living. Of course this conversation deals with how to escape from that servitude.

@@quasimandias thank you for your reply, I agree moslty, could it be due to the theft of the land, and the genocide of the indignous peoples...its possable to live with no money , however the ecologial colaps and damage to the lands and waters, this is an issue to sustain the food needed.... I subscribed... thanks for your intelegent videos.

I enjoy your attempting to consider things on a deeper level. I am Not defending any particular political view or affiliation here, but, I think your comparing someone's concern about "the rims on their car or weather or not your neughbour is a communist or not". Those are not directly comparable concerns for anyone. If someone lives in an area that runs on a political ideology that they believe is the foundation for a good life. ( leaving aside If they are wrong or right) Then supporting others that have a complete opposing ideology would be illogical and self sabatoging . The concern with the rims on one's car is eithor a failed attempt to support a weak ego or an aesthetic decision for arts sake. And artistic expression, is a fundamental human drive. Somewhat like (to a much lesser degree) supporting and defending a fundamental perspective on how society should be organized politically.

@ Could be, I can see that. But I guess I see the rims or big truck culture not so much as aesthetics but rather totemic projections of power-maybe silly ones, but actually quite a lot like worrying about whether it’s better for rich people to own everything or rather whether governments should own everything. At any rate, the average Joe has more pressing concerns.

“The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose, and purpose is found in connection with other.” Just how to achieve that is what the discussion is about.
