Ghar kharidna ek badi decision hoti hai.. ab samhaj lo koi south Bengaluru mai ghar khareeda aur uska baccha north Bengaluru mai kaam kar rha toh bande ka 4 5 ghanta travelling aur paise to alag se jayega.. toh apka logic idhar kaam ni kr rha.. isse accha baccha wfh karke apne ghar se he kaam krega.. aur apne gharke paas he plot leke invest krega.. ayse krne se uska flexibility v rhega ki kabhi v future mai dusre city jana padega toh ja sakta hai.. aur flat ka depreciation v jhelna nahi padega.. Agree karte ho kya Guruji
