I usually only tear up when exposed to exceptionally sad sequences or events. Whereas in contrast I make a big stupid smile and chuckle endearingly towards wholesome and/or cute things and this most definitely did that. I take great joy in seeing those hard to come by moments when you're awarded a chance to recap through your best and worst memories & moments alongside your closest friend, mate, or etc. (It matters little really) and you get to realize how much truly greatful and appreciative you are of them and how they've almost always been there with you as you continue on blindly in this rollercoaster ride that we call life, to see all the the good and bad that's built up and lead up to just that very moment. All in all, its beautiful.

This makes me wish I had a dependable friend, when i was younger i had a very good friend that I had known since I was about 4 or 5, but because of the schools lack of care about that, we got different classes and drifted further apart due to differing interests, we were still friends and I still see it as that but I we never really had classes together after elementary, maybe one here or there, but at that point we had drifted too far, there was also another i met in ether kindergarten or first grade and we're still friends but he had brought up we never really talk anymore, I Still have physical friends, and their great but they don't really have that same heavy connection, I met them in middle school and I related to them enough to be friends. Even before quarantine I never really had sleepovers, Not really sure if it was them or me, if they invited me and I declined or their parents never allowed or what, but Other than some kid right next door I had never even gone into another kids home. I always hear stories about fun and/or scary times and I feel like I missed out on that kinda stuff, and I feel I'm too old to really have a chance at doing that, and with tech as good as that is, you can just stay at your home and talk... but I've never talked with any of my friends outside of school, never really had a phone till about a year or two ago. I just feel like I spend too much time not really doing anything, that I could have done more, and I didn't even think about this the first time I watched this because I think I was happier with my life then, quarantine Is hitting hard. I had initially thought it'd be like an early summer with some school stuff bunked in between But without the social interaction, low as it is, I think things are getting worse, my parents even commented that I'm "more pale than usual." I've been pale for a while, never really saw the need to go out much, but it might also be other factors. Only a few major losses in my life, my grandmother which I would visit, my other grandmother who, though alive, suffered a stroke getting surgery for her foot and was not treated for a whole night, so never got to meet her really. Never met my two grandfathers, both died when my parents were young, can't recall how they died, but one was an alcoholic so that might have been a factor. 5 pets, all that were around me when I grew up initially, one died of old age when I was 4, didn't grasp what was happening, just knew my mom was sad, don't recall the next but then there was the 2 guard dogs, who initially were friends, but started fighting, both were massive dogs bigger than me for most of their lives, one died in their sleep, he was blind at that point and Honestly I miss him, another I assume just fell over and died, I was the first to notice, I believe I was 10 or so, the last one I think died when I was at school, not sure about that, can't remember, my memory is fuzzy. I associated the number 13 with the age most of them died, and I'm also currently concerned with a currently 13 year old dog I had chosen when the first 2 died. well that's all I guess, sure I could dig up some stuff but what right do I have to complain right? I've had a good childhood by most people's standards, I just felt something could have been different. But I'm just a privileged white depressed kid who doesn't understand the pain and suffering of others right?

It'll get better, try not to dwell on the sadness and focus on you and what makes you happy. It's hard, but just try to find things in life that make you feel good. And you're never too old to make friends, you will probably even gain those friendships as you hit different stages in your life. College, jobs, moving around, etc. I met my boyfriend last year and even though I lost a lot of my HS friends I gained a lot of his. I'm 23 and I'm still losing and meeting people. You just never know when you'll bond with someone else. Keep your head up, be kind to others and good will come your way! Good luck (:
