It was interesting to make post dumpling soup, but even more interesting how to make this vegetable soup with post dumplings, plausible.
I experimented with several variations and finally came up with the idea.
To ensure that the dumplings in the soup turn out as they should, I took into account an ingredient to bind everything together. In the video, I show you step by step how to make these dumplings for the soup, so that the vegetable soup with semolina dumplings turns out just right.

Ingredients for post dumpling soup:
For the vegetable soup:
1/2 bell pepper/capsicum;
3-4 potatoes;
2 celery stalks;
1/4 celeriac;
1 parsley root;
3-4 medium onions;
2 carrots;
3 cloves of garlic;
2 bay leaves;
1 bunch of parsley;
approx. 150 ml sunflower oil;
3 liters of water;
1 level tablespoon of salt;
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper;
Ingredients for post dumplings (4 servings/meal):
20 g puffed rice cakes;
25 ml sunflower oil;
approx. 100 g semolina, coarse;
50 ml cold water;
1/2 level teaspoon of salt;
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional);
a little optional pepper;
a few optional dill sprigs.
Preparation method in the video.
If the mixture is too thick after adding the semolina, you can gradually add water (little by little), then mix.
