You will need the following.
1. Yabause Emulator. Site: Https://www.yabause.or...
2. Yabause Bios Site Go to Google and Google Yabause Bios
3. Roms. Go to Google and type in Sega Saturn roms.
Procedure
A. Download the Yabause emulator, and Yabause bios.
B. Make a directory on your hard drive and unzip the Yabause emulator and put the emulator into the directory. Select the Sega Saturn BIOS v1.00 (US) bin, and it in the Yabause emulator directory.
C. Start the Yabause emulator by double left clicking on the Yabause application file.
D. Click on the toolbar icon and go to the general icon. Go to the bios ... , and select the bios file that you downloaded. Also click on CD-ROM in general and click on ISO-file Virtual Drive.
E. Go to the toolbar and select input, and configure the controls. Configure the game pad and light gun.
F. Get the zipped rom file, and open it. Then, put it in the Yabause emulator directory and make a sub directory called roms. Dump the rom into this directory. Also make another subdirectory for the game, because for the game there is a BIN and ISO file. Put both in that game directory. For example Thunderblade directory will hold those files.
G. To start the emulator go to file and click on open ISO. Select the ISO file, and it should run.
Not every single game will run, so there is a compatibility chart for the game, it is here wiki.yabause.or....
If the games aren't compatible, they can start initially and just hang. Other times, the game will just go to a menu screen, and you can't run the game no matter what you do.
If the emulator is having compatibility issues with Windows 10, try using Virtualbox and install Windows 7 on it. Then, install Yabause in the Virtualbox shell. This will ensure 100% compatibility for this emulator.

You have to put the bios file in the Yabause folder as shown in in 4:13, and you need to link the bios file when you are running the Yabause emulator as in 4:58. Those are the two important steps you need to do.

You have to set it up correctly first, using a emulator like this is more complicated than using a game console. That is why this emulator is free, it isn't user friendly. If you can master the technical aspects of it by yourself, you can use it for free.

Mine crashes the emulator when i click play or when i chose the bios file and then the emulator freezes and it says "Yabause.exe has stopped working" for no reason. Issue?

Same, every time I try and put a bios in it crashes, or try and load a .bin. It worked the one time I set it up I closed it tried it the next day and now it just crashes.

@@Ace1000ks19751982 OK i went to retroarch and i clicked the download link and it tells me to download either the nightly build or the stable build, the nightly build contains a virus and i 100% prefer the stable build than just the nightly build, what do i do?

The file downloaded on the www.emuparadise.me/links-and-downloads/BIOS_Files/Sega_Saturn_BIOS_Pack/1295 as stated it becomes a wordpad. In your video it is not clearly shown how it is extracted to become a BIN file. Look forward to your reply on this! Much appreciated. :)

Did everything as you said, but instead of the game there was a screen with some weird playlist audio tools which says "Disc unsuitable for this system"(

Every game or rom doesn't work. Some don't work, and most roms do work. That is the nature of emulation.

@@jinksgaming1715 It might be a issue with the BIOS. You have to associate the right BIOS set with the right game. The BIOS sets are regional, like Japan, US, Europe, Asia, South America, etc.

It's optional, you can use .cue, and .iso files as well.

If any of the games don't work, you either didn't put the bios in the right folder, you didn't put the bios in at all, or didn't link the bios in the Yabause emulator. Using a emulator like this is quite complicated, and it takes patience to configure correctly.

Did you download the bios file and put it into your Yabause folder? Did you link the Bios to Yabause, like I did in 5:03 to 5:20.

1. CD-ROM has to be set to ISO file visual drive. 2. Link to bios file. Mine was Sega Saturn Bios v1.00 US.bin 3. unzip game files into folders. 4. Run the iso file not the bin file. The Iso file is a small file about 2 kilobytes

You have to pick the right BIOS. You have Europe, Japan, and USA bios versions. Select the right one and link it.

You have to use the right bios for the right games. Try to run different games, because not all games work with this emulator.

You need a decent computer with a good graphics card to get good performance with this emulator. You could set the resolution to a lower level to get better performance.

This program was designed for Windows Vista, and Windows 7, so if you have Windows 10 you can run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or Windows Vista. In my tutorial I was running it in Windows 7 with Virtualbox, so it worked flawlessly.
