Question - how do I create an email where the person clicks a button in the email and the action of the button adds them to a segment or tags them or does something that can make it known they clicked a certain button to identify themselves as something particular.

Thank you for your videos, I have been watching many of them as I am new to Zoho. I am having trouble with segments as it relates to the interest field. I set up a custom field, but on my segments I want it to return the "is" value and not contains. Zoho is having trouble returning contacts with multiple interests when I use the "is" function. have you ran into this before?

Hi Team, would you happen to know how to specifically sync new custom fields? I believe I have synced some new fields in from CRM across to Campaigns but they are not generating any contacts when creating the segment - any chance you could provide a resource to help?

Hi! You went into "Segments" and chose "interests". I don't see that in my Campaigns. Is that a field that I need to add? If yes, where do I do that?

Hi Red Owl! In this video, that field is sourced from the CRM. So, you'll just need to add the appropriate field to your CRM, and then include it in your CRM -> Campaigns sync integration.

Hi Tyler, quick question.. I am finding that when I dive into a specific workflows view and selecting a record, it is saying for that particular record "Skipped due to contact found to be non-marketing on [specific date]". Why is this happening on the CRM to Campaigns sync created by my segment? Any videos on this? By default if the lead is qualified and has not opted out, I feel like the CRM to Campaigns sync should place that contact in the marketing contacts bucket, no?

Hi juleonasefi! Depending on your CRM Campaigns integration settings, they may be syncing in as non-marketing Contacts. A good practice is to use the Subscription Management action as the first step of your workflow. This allows you to identify them as marketing and associate the appropriate topic for that workflow.
