Great episode sir. One wonders why our Govt keep complaining about "ghost workers" when they can easily conduct an HR audit and also deploy an HRM software for all their agencies and ministries.

@Adeboye Elegbede - thank you for your kind words. To your question, HR need to start from the Leadership of the organization through engagements with the aim to get their buy-in. Once this is achieved, it becomes easier to roll-out the performance management culture for the organization.
