Hello sir. I hope this comment makes it in time. Well, what I like to think is that in most cases the scope of questions encircles the company objectives and its mission. The first major pointer is that, research about them. Find out what their vision is, why and Some of the stipulated ways they they intend to reach their goals. This will In turn spike your mind to know what you have to offer them how you’ll do it and the difference that you’ll create and that’s your greatest selling point. -be able to describe your leadership skills and how they’re different from the usual. - be able to explain their vision to them and then pitch what they’re missing which you’ll offer. Sell yourself well. - conflict resolution is one of the must questions (in my opinion) - acquaint yourself with 360- degree performance reviews. No. Read. Read. Read. Get a hand book of the labor laws of your country. In my country we have an institution called IBA independent broadcasting authority t is responsible for regulating the broadcasting industry. If you have anything like this institution, know one or two things about them too. You’ll do great! All the best.... and congratulations.
