They both look brilliant. I have used Seiko, standard dive watches. I just came across Sël instruments These are unbelievable, I would love to get A D42-T.

They really are cool. Sort of an acquired taste, I would say. Perhaps not has versatile in a one-watch collection as Seiko divers, but definitely something to get if you have one other watch for dressier attire. You should check out their website and email Andrew, the owner and maker. His FTX model, out now, is very similar to the D42 and about half the price but with most of the same specs.

@vote4blake how and where would one get a battery replacement down the road for your Casio Oceanus titanium watch. Seriously considering this hidden gem of a watch. Is it worth me selling my spb213 for it? The finishing is phenomenal. I noticed we have extremely similar tastes as I’ve had the mm600 as well.

That’s a very good question. My hope is that the solar-recharged cell in the Oceanus will never need to be replaced. However, if it does, Casio is usually very good about keeping spare parts and making them available to independent watchmakers, for many many years.
