Does it not become difficult to hold the GoPro/Insta360 for all 21kms? Your arms would hurt beyond the rigour of the run. Is there any way you can attach it to your body to make it easy on your arms?

The camera is not that heavy, consider it as training for the arms 😁😁😁 ...or maybe its the reason i'm so slow 🫣🙄
