Hi, I am happy you choosing yourself because when I first had my baby, I lost myself and was so focused on being a good mum that. I stopped doing the things I love and I was just a mum. I was doing it by myself so it made things extra hard for me and I ended up being depressed but I want for counselling and I am now learning to be good to myself and spoil myself a little ❤❤❤

Fully understand the "bofa" your tummy up thing vs the reality of it being uncomfortable and sore... I literally just didnt do it and concentrated on being ok because the first month is alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And no one tells you. Hello mama I love the mom and wife era you are in. As a mom of three I've learnt to actually take it easy and be soft on myself. The world is already expecting me to have a flat tummy and to be this "perfect mommy" so why must I add unecessary pressure on myself. My main focus after my last borns birth 10months ago is to be as present in their lives as much as possible because time flies so quickly and also make time for myself and look after my health❤ So what I need you to take away from this is with every transition, pause and take a deep breathe coz you life will never be the same again cos there's a human being looking to you to lead him❤
