I love that... the guy behind the scenes who makes everything work. I guess that's why I like those exposes/documentaries about what goes on behind the scenes in making TV shows and movies. I also like those TV shows like "Modern Marvels," Rick Sebak's documentaries ("Sandwiches You Will Love," "An Ice Cream Show," "A Hot Dog Program," etc.), and others. I think it's cool to see what goes into making stuff, as well as the history behind it all.

Yeah services Mr. Omayu for being completely incompetent and useless and it's nice that Chikara got transferred to planning because of Sana'a help after he gave her plenty of good advice just like he did for his coworkers and hopefully she introduces him to her father soon but I'm pretty sure he's already accepting of their relationship 🥰 I guess he must really want grandchildren soon.😊

Himeta wasn't a bit useless, but Omayu, on the other hand...reading papers when he should have been working, being the lead for all the Jr salesmen, and the example instead of the opposite..well, he got his just desserts in the end. Now, Sana being the daughter of the CEO...probably a good thing she used mom's maiden name instead, but regardless, once Himeta finds out...his jaw will be dragging the floor for some time, but those two have a great start. Maybe he can't see that she likes him that way, yet...but, it'll come in due course! Ignorant? No. Unaware? Yes. 😊 Great VOAs! ❤

6:03, I got to say that there is a lot of practical business advice in this video, which is usually not the forte of such videos as these, but, if I could add some things, then I would say, 1. You got to know your audience, 2. You got to know what your audience wants, 3. You got to know what your audience needs, 4. You got to know what makes up what your audience wants, as well as what your audience needs, and also make them work together, 5. You got to make what your audience wants, as well as what your audience needs, be able to work together in reality, and 6. You got to make both what your audience wants, as well as what your audience needs, work within reasonably sized budgets, and, barring that, being creative, yet moral, ethical, fair, and legal, making alternative ways in how you make such things work together, for, if you add those things to what this video said, then there are no limits on how high that you can go in the company, and this also applies, not just to Japan, but also worldwide.

Not bad, the VA for the female is decent. But all the male voices is super unbearable to listen to. Whoever voices them needs to do some major improvement. I recommend getting better VA as male characters like the ones from Etra-chan_saw it. I had to mute the whole video.
