Hi. Thank you for your inquiry. Yes you can apply Sapal RTU on both rough and skim coated walls as long as there is no existing coating. If you are not using skim coat prior to its application, you just have to wait at least 28 days curing for newly plastered wall before applying Sapal RTU. We recommend Sinclair Acri-colors for tinting Sapal RTU.
