i love selena. her music, her person and soul and always will. i will give $ to her brother, father, sister and her EX husband..."just" because. first, chris has been remarried in like 2001..divorced in like 2011... has 2 kids with another woman and lives in miami, fl. so legally and emotionally he is NOT married or the widower of selena. IF he wanted to go on with his life..great, get married...sorry mr. chris you can not get remarried, with kids and still "cling" to selena for fame and $. so why is the EX HUSBAND (which he is...he is no longer selena's widower) showing up at selena events? . you think selena would like or want that. no adult woman would. i mean why not bring your kids, chris to a selena event or ceremony?. why the family does this?: they want the fans to think it is "1995" and give them you money. in 2019 the father (abe) sued in texas court chris. since chris wanted to make an independent movie without the father. so you "feel" the love for selena there? NOPE. they settled a year later and the "fans" were excited. how sick. before march 1995 they did little IF nothing to protect selena from yolanda. for months and months they knew yolanda was dirty, a criminal, stole over $50K and they (brother, father, selena) knew yolanda bought a gun in early march and then "returned" it. that is a person you keep seeing. go to a motel and "talk" to her and her gun in her purse. the father did little. chris was a near kid at 24yoa..then he drives selena to the motel the night before what would be her death to "meet" with crazy, criminal yolanda. does this great "husband" go in the motel at 9pm with his wife OR tell his wife to sit her butt in the truck and he will get the fan club documents. NOPE. ol boy chris is chillin in the truck at night...AC and music as his wife walks 20m to the motel room and meets with yolanda. since yolanda saw none of these so-called "great" men of her family were not protecting her. yolanda tells selena the BS that she was raped in mexico and for selena to come alone to the motel the next morning and tells selena not to tell anyone and to come alone. and well all know what happened from that. please folks love selena. wonderful women and person. stop giving $ to these folks that did little to protect selena BUT spent the last almost 30yrs sticking cash in their pockets just because they were related to her. of which, chris perez is NO longer related and has not been for 20+ yrs to selena. "BS" to the brother, father and ex husband. folks love, admire and listen to selena for years to come. do not give your money (movie, make believe books, TV, ect) to the family and ex husband that have done nothing in their lives except to live off of selena's music and memory.

Someday Chris will reunited with sekena again when his time comes..they are truly in love..even now on his Instagram page he paid alot of tribute to her..every year on the death anniversary of her he take a day off.

You're correct with your comment and now few people speak about that over the past almost 30 years. 4 months before her death he and the male family members knew Yolanda was a nut, a extortion and financial criminal.. and even the brother reported two weeks before Selena's death that Selena had seen Yolanda had purchased a gun. These are all flagrant obvious signs to take action against Yolanda. What does the father and the male family members do? Absolutely nothing. Chris although young at 24 actually drives Selena to meet with Yolanda the night before her death at the sleazy motel in corpus Christi. Does Chris get out of the car and go with selena? Or tell Selena to stay in the car and he'll go get the documents from dangerous yolanda?. Of course not Chris remains in the car chilling with the AC and music on as his beautiful wife goes and meets with an armed dangerous mental health fan club president. This is not after the fact or Monday morning quarterback these were obvious factors that nobody speaks about as again the family for almost 30 years sticks money in their pockets left and right. Chris had every right to get remarried and he did in like 2002. He had children with his second wife and lived in Florida therefore he is no longer related or the widower of Selena. But not the family continues to invite him to Selena vents why? to continue to make money and to pretend like it's still 1995 and Chris and Selena are married. So Chris picks up a big check gets on his flight flies back to Florida. I love and always will Selena and her music and her being I simply will not sit by and watch this for the past 30 years without appropriately commenting on the male family members and their money making antics.
