Oh man, what a whirlwind of an AMAZING week! Thank you so very much to everyone who supported my shop and who has shared their positivity with me whether through comments, messages, or emails-- I love, love, love this community ❤️
Because this week was so demanding, I was very overdue for a self-care day. Today was so very refreshing and necessary. Please, if you're feeling overwhelmed and/or stressed try to make time for yourself to just relax and breathe. Even if it's just 20 minutes a day, you deserve this time for yourself.

This was so much needed. I was just telling a friend how these past few months were tremendously hard and challenging for me, which led me to not properly take care of myself, my health and my body. I came to a point where a change is needed and necessary to be at peace with my surroundings, and I'm definitely going to start by practicing self care more gently and often, something is better than nothing indeed. I'm so glad we got to communicate and help one another during difficult times. Everytime I watch your videos is like being with a friend. Thank you for being you! 🖤

There's a way to cut a pomegranate without slicing through a bunch seeds - basically you cut a disk off the top so you can see the sections, and then run your knife down the side roughly where the membranes are, and then you can just pull the sections apart!

When I saw Little Women 2019 in theaters with my Dad, I cried through the entire thing, happy and sad, too. Bye went my eye makeup. When we left, the whole front of my shirt was wet, haha.😄 Worth it.

I looove being in nature too! It brought me so much joy to see you frolicking in the woods haha! Those tree noises!! So magical! Do you ever feel unsafe in the woods or in nature? I struggle with feeling completely comfortable by myself, because I've always been told by my mother to stay on guard for ill-meaning strangers. I suppose it helps to have Roo with you!

When you do your nails, take a first layer to all and then before it gets dry take a second one. Don't make short moves and quick, but firm one in the middle of the nail from skin to top then a left and right one. Before this prepare ear cotton sticks and solution for clean your nail around gently. 🤗 It takes time and practice but I always did my nails alone at home and it looks nice.

Oof I would definitely purchase that quotation at the end on a print and gift it to my loved ones! I was briefly concerned that a tree was going to fall down right in front of you but it is so magical to hear the trees talk! I'm also glad that you took the time that you needed to take care of your self. It's so important to recognize when we have pushed ourselves and need a little break.

It’s so true!! Like if you only have 5 minutes to straighten up your room, something is better than nothing. If you only check 1 thing off your to-do list, something is better than nothing. If you have no healthy food to eat but can add hearty ginger and garlic to your meal, something is better than nothing! Etc, etc. All we can do is our best

I love pomegranate too! I started taking the seeds out of the pomegranate in a bowl of water, that way I don't run the risk of getting a stain. Give it a try sometime!
