“When I forget to be compassionate with myself. I chose to be compassionate towards myself even about that”. ❤️

I have been blaming myself for mistakes I've made, but as I went through this video a light flipped on and I started looking at how I would view someone else who had made these mistakes and realized I deserve the same love and compassion I would have for them. It fills me with peace and calm so I know it's right. Thank you Brad!

Love this as it really made me aware what was a missing link and I wasn’t aware of it . Such an important aspect which is not attended and gets lost in our deep conditioning . Thank thank you thank you. Love your presence and delivery. Please come to Singapore soon .

Hi! You know what to say best in your videos..
@Bunni12610 жыл бұрын
Thank you Brad. I often need to be reminded to love myself and I really appreciate that you make these videos :-) One thing I have been noticing recently as I learn to treat myself as someone worthy is I have a learned tendency to be very physically rough with my body. Sometimes I don't notice till days later I have bruised myself because I might bang into something, but I was conditioned from a young age to discount my own feelings.. Even now, I don't always trust how I feel.. Could you please make a video for treating yourself gently and listening/trusting your physical and emotional feelings? Thank you, and bless you for all you do :-)

Is there any way that the "cc" can be redone? It is autogenerated for only Russian and is not transcribing what is going on--it is talking about something else--the video does not work by trying to translate the Russian--that doesn't work well for "cc". I am profoundly deaf, and someone changed the "cc" and it can't be used for English right now. Thanks. I am very grateful for these videos and the "cc".
