A chat about quoting for big jobs and knowing when the job is that little bit too big for you and knowing the red flags from the start.
In a nutshell a property management company sent me a specification of works that means paying out a few thousand at least and waiting a while for money.
Sometimes these great opportunities aren't worth taking the risk on, on this occasion the people can't even answer the telephone or reply to messages

Very, interesting. Sounds like small is beautiful. How disgusting that they take 20% and don't respond to messages. How scary that someone like that can make you go bust through withholding payment too.
