Something I've learned about self-love is letting go of expectations of the self. Sometimes while we're distracted by wanting to be a certain person we forget or beat down on the person that we already are, and that person is very special! I really like this. You are lovely and have such a positive energy! Also, your hair is RAD :)

Preach, sister! I think self-love also includes taking good care of yourself, physically (emotionally and mentally). I'm striving to take better care of my skin and to be more mindful of the foods that I eat - as well as refrain from harmful ingredients in body products. I think taking pride in one's appearance - flaws and all - is encompassed in self-love. Living in an atmosphere of peace and joy is also apart of self-love.

I think another way to love yourself could also be to cultivate your talents, habits, or interests. Simply by fostering creative outlets, you can just get lost in how beautiful it is to do something you enjoy. whatever that may be. I really love your videos, they have helped me realize a lot and get in touch with myself. I've been in a relationship for a little while now and I sensed that I was losing myself. I don't want to do to myself and your videos have helped me so much on building healthy habits
