My theme for 2025 is 'Simplicity'. It means simplifying my life in many areas - ditching perfectionism in everyday life (such as not having to have perfectly balanced meals three times a day), grounding myself in reality (not fantasizing or being too anxious about things that may never happen), and unburdening myself (of unrealistic expectations and baggage I don't need) :)
