Thank you for all of these tests. Infraspinatus, supraspinatus and teres minor are all positive, and the pain feels the same for each of those tests. I'm definitely doing the recommended exercises!

Also, you mentioned demonstrating the best exercises for each condition - are they in other videos? I could not see them in this one except for the biceps tendonitis treatment - Thanks!

thanks for the video - very informative - Just a question - what type of pain are we looking for in each of the tests? I get a dull ache at the higher range of the empty can test and during the hornblower test after a few seconds of pressure. I get potential positive on the Biceps tendonitis tests too.

Just to get my arm out in the position you have in the video in minute 4.50 causes me pain, and it's difficult for me to rotate my arm up and down in that position. I've had the problem for years. Is it in the teror minor muscle the problem is located? Thanx for the videos! Kind regards Nicolai
