I have been following you since your Lodha viral video, you have saved so many innocent home buyers, honestly our our system is weak, corrupt, partial and lazy, because of these every second builder is scamming innocent retailers..

Thisvideo should be played on CNBC property guru...they DISPLAY NAKLI GURUS VIEWS Whereas Mr Krishna Rao is guru of those people...main thing is that mr krishn Rao sir talks reality whereas tv people creates FOMO and greed

Sir aap ne ghat ghat ka pani piya hai..inki dukaane bund kar doge..thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge and experience I recently booked a flat for various reason and I felt all of these things. I was well aware of their tactics and booked the flat mostly on my terms.

Prices are inflated by So called channel partner, marketing partners. They quote 20℅ up and then negotiate. They show builders margin earned

Rera doesn't protect customers. Protection is upto 10℅ . Rest is for builders

A one crore property will not fetch more than Rs20,000/- rent in India in the best case scenario. More likely it will be Rs15,000 p.m.

Sir can a builder increase area of flat at time of possession by 2-3% ....leading to escalation of price at the end...by 1.5-2 lkhs....

No, they should not do that, but they often include a clause about it in the agreement.
