I completely agree with what you said about making things accessible. I find it mad watching people do stuff like spray foam, no access oanels, no easy way of disassembly etc. When building mine I am using rivnuts as much as possible to make it easy to take apart.

Hi Canada 🇨🇦 😁 one of my favourite places in the world the trims are from a company in the UK called Moorland UK they are designed 3mm wall or ceiling boards they come in two parts and just put together very simple and very effective if I remember correctly there's a link in the description I may have a few left over if it helps you with your build
