For those who don't already have trailer wheels and five lug spindles it is a very good idea to use those instead because they fit so many eight lug van and truck wheels which are plentiful use, often with serviceable tires. I made the mistake of fabbing a trailer using five lug spindles and redrilling those will be a PITA. BTW if you don't want your tires to dry rot (which happens surprisingly quickly outdoors) store your wheels out of the sun.

I guess it depends on your application. Container are better to live in for singles cause they can be moved quickly. Great for people like me who move state to state every few months.

just take an old axle from a boat trailer, extend it to 8" and add the mounts for the bottom!!!

Your welds leave a lot to be desired. Bracket with wheel hub should be way lower to keep a greater distance between ground and container base. At least it works to get the immediate job done.
