Will workouts like this one build some muscle mass? Im not looking to get "big", but just an overall fit body with some muscle showing. Im fully aware diet is a big part. Also, this channel seems awesome, keep it up!

Do weight training for muscle mass, you might get some muscle definition if you add push-ups and triceps dips. Workouts like this mostly build endurance and your cardiovascular system, it's also go for weight loss when done consistently along with a caloric deficit.

What can be substituted for the beginning exercise where the knee is bent to bring the foot up to the butt? That's an impossible move to even get close to for people with knee replacements. My flex doesn't allow anything close enough for me to grab onto my foot or ankle.
