Hey Mark, better get on the Hamish and Andy website and get yourself a “Lost touch with the common man” tshirt mate.. A lot of the stuff you list is only really really nice to have, hardly a must or even a should 😂. Anyway, enjoyable video as always, look forward to the next one 👍

love your filleting station but when I had mine, the sink drained straight into a twenty ltr bucket and I would empty the water straight onto the veggie patch.. Good as poo tea in my opinion

Hey Mark! Great video. I would like to see more on the kit that you think is a must on board your boat. I hope the domestic advice wasn't hard won through experience. On the subject of ice and drinks, a friend of mine down south is a mad cook like me and he freezes a lot of his stocks in ice cube trays. His son came over one evening late and made himself a couple of iced drinks then complained bitterly to his father the next day that his booze tasted funny. Don't try this at home ;-) Cheers!

Mark do you freeze your fish before vacuum sealing? We don’t have a commercial kit like you but find it works better to pre freeze. If we vacuum fresh I worry about liquid getting into the motor. Loving this channel…….

You can also get motorised jockey wheels for caravans and boats and get the wife to do all the filleting just to be popular lol. Great video Mark. Have a ripper mate!

Vacuum sealer are worth there weight in gold even my $80 one is awesome and as someone else wrote good knives filleting one's bait one's and even an all purpose pocket knife plus a quality multi tool eg leatherman comes handy especially on a boat but even fishing on a jetty or river bank and something is a little dodgy with a wire in your car or flat battery in key fob etc and it's definitely going to be midnight or later lol..

Trade the hand winch gizmo in on a little skid steer ( dingo type thing) one with tracks not wheels they are perfect for place your size.

I saw Maguire's? Car products and i highly recommend the interior cleaner, it has a plastic rejuvenater and u.v protectant. Its not advertised but i use it on the outside sun stressed plastic Pieces and even on on headlights. But also love this topic of videos too high five bro! ... Lastly are bananas a cursed item to have on a boat?

This life is not a precursor to the next one if you can afford it THEN GET IT and then as Mark says, get out there and do it. (life is too short)😁

Nah, not over the top at all. Quality equipment saves time and money long term. Depending on an individuals financial situation, these quality items can be purchased piece by piece as a budget is able to afford. The benefit of quality products is longevity. Look after them and they'll last far longer than cheaper quality stuff, saving money long term. That's the same as direct fishing equipment like rods, reels etc. I love my Penn reels. Not cheap, but not the most expensive either. Sealed really well against salt water and I usually just hose it all off with fresh water after a session. Rods, line and tackle are a similar deal, you'll get more out of quality.
