Beautifully explained Mr.Ram Kumar. Thank you & good luck. Just a suggestion - probably you have thought about this, but still I just want to give this suggestion. You mentioned that your customers do not want the same kind of vegetables every day. You can ask your customers to list their requirements in 3 groups - 1. what they want, 2. what they do not want, 3. any 1/2/3 among a list of vegetables or any vegetable. This way both you & your customers will have some flexibility & wastage can be reduced significantly.

Bro look into moon calender or boi dynamic farming, it will give you day based on moon for seeding , harvest and pest control days per months which work best .
