Firstly thank you for educating all the details of the farm land. The problems you specified in the video are truly correct. The patience you have is a must if you are doing farming. Skilled labour is really problem. The real nature of the society is changing due to negative chemical food we are eating, due to this the sensitivity among people have been deteriorating day by day. Corona is a big opportunity for us to change, we should understand at least now to change from chemical farming to natural farming. Monitory requirement is necessary for our basic needs and not for materialistic things which is also not our culture which have been imported. Our forefathers culture should be adopted again where we can build a healthy and sensitive society. The efforts you put will bear fruit sometime soon , returns might not be quick but it will be consistent year on year . For weeding you could try recycled newspaper or straw mulching if that's viable , for beneficial insects you're on right track 😍 . And the effort you put for videos is awesome.
