Hi, I used 10 images from the mitochondria data set, converted the labels with the suggested workflow and uploaded the annotation file. Everything is the same up to 18:35 and mito check box is shown under the Classes check box. However, I do not have the *Start New Training* button and instead have _Open Viewer_. When I click on it, arivis WebView opens (without the data from my annotation file) and when I click train, it says No classes created. What have I done incorrectly?

Thanks for your video. It's very interesting. I have a question regarding the JSON annotated file. Can I create a single JSON file from multiple TIFF images? what would be the effect if I convert Tiff file into jpg then use it for annotation?

Hello Sir, in this video you are saying in binary segmentation you don't need to add background class anything that is not labeled is consider as background. But in another video with same datasets you create two classes i.e. microsecond and background i am confused, actually i want to segment skin from backgrounds, is only landing of skin is enough or i need to create two classes

Is there a way to collaborate with another person for the annotation service? I have a group of people and I want to work together with them (There are a lot of images to annotate).

You can use APEER ML tools to segment any images, the algorithms do not care about the application.
