omg, This is such perfect timing! I just learned this a couple days ago and was so confused. The people I learned it with are both super short and were completely straightening their legs when they opened the carriage. I just felt like I was crumpled into a ball, lol. Thank you for the awesome explanation! (Also it's a huge help seeing a tall person do it! lol)

Thank you ! Can I ask the size of the reformer and your height?

I'm 5'9" and my reformer is an 80" I usually suggest an 80" for most people until they're taller than 6'3."

What exercises on the mat, reformer, caddy, etc, would you recommend practicing first? Other than bridging haha

Hi Marie, soooo many! Mat, Swan, swimming, of course shoulder bridge to name a few. Reformer: swan, stomach massage, footwork, rowing, upstretch and down stretch. Cadillac, tower, teaser with a spring from below, flying eagle, shoulder roll down. I can keep going but thats plenty to start with. Also, over on OPC I create classes based on different exercises as the theme so you can see that every exercise can help every exercise xx
