Does changing the shocks help reduce wear or better traction?

You know i just order those for the front but im thinking the other brands don't have that bushing that this one's have so it is not going to work cause the hole and the bolt are bigger? Well, i guess i will find out tomorrow

Look at the shocks on your truck top and bottom/ Then type in your exact truck year make and model/ some websites have different shocks
