In Wisconsin and Arizona, Trump also won but then voters made the very odd choice to vote for Senators who favored open borders like Gallego in AZ. Very strange...

Everyone has reasons. My sis in PA, voted for Trump and Casey. Casey was personal. She's interacted with some of Bob's siblings on and off for 30 years. She figured because she lives in the general 'hood as them, having a home town boy as senator brings home the bacon. I know, but I'm not sis.

Does a concession stop the process? Or, it didn't matter. All the 100K votes were still there. Would they have dropped counting them? Or is a concession a political thing and not a legal one? He's conceding the recount. Not the count. 2 different things. The numbers were within a half percent, which triggered the recount. Funny how 100,000 votes though, broke more his way and the percent went from about .5 to around .2. If there was any shenanigans, it was in keeping the percent below .5
