Remember this country has 328 million people. Though mental health, watching over students, and bullying are handled terribly in this country. That's the reason for these shootings. Yes she certainly cares, but caring isn’t the same as thinking. She seems rather unconvincing, cognitively. Let’s use our brains here and analyze... The 2A exists for the sole purpose of overthrowing tyranny, that was the founding fathers intentions. In 2020 AR15’s are necessary for such a task, not outdated lever guns, muskets or 22’s. 120 guns exist for every 100 Americans, half of the country is pro-gun, half of police force personnel are pro-gun, half of armed forces personnel are pro-gun. The second amendment specifically states that “people’s right to bare arms shall not be infringed”... if Kamala pushes confiscations she’s knowingly attacking the constitution. What do you expect will happen if she pushes her assault weapon ban with a country as divided as it is? I’ll tell you what will happen, most likely it won’t be enforced and Biden’s rule will lose legitimacy. Worst case scenario, several States will secede from the Union. Is that what democrats want, a fragmented and further divided country?

It really got to me when I saw how many people raised their hand. I'm from Germany and I only had one drill during my 15 years of education and that one consisted of the message "be quiet and lock the door" for 5 minutes. I can't believe parents, grandparents, family members etc. who put up a fight to keep their guns, completely disregarding that they are contributing to the non existent safety and high anxiety of their children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews and on and on. It is being taught in some of our public schools currently there is a lawsuit working the way through courts from a upset parent whose child is half black half white. Among many points this critical race theory as I already mentioned discusses how people of color cannot be racist and that whites have a white privilege. This is an unhealthy concept to instill in our children as you said anybody can be racist. I think it is absolutely horrible that they are teaching that. The social media tech Giants have protections under section 230 that prevents them from lawsuits however it is contingent on them providing a free and fair platform for people to express free speech which is our first amendment. When they act like publishers like for example Twitter did when they suspended the New York Post account prior to the election, for several weeks when the New York Post posted a story on the hunter Biden laptop, Twitter was behaving as a publisher. Not once did Twitter reach out to New York Post for any verification. Twitter demanded from New York Post, which is one of the oldest newspapers in our country's history, that they remove the news article. This is an example of a social media platform behaving as he publisher and not a free and fair platform which is contrary to the protections afforded under section 230. I would also suggest you look up a new gun control Bill proposed by Sheila Jackson Lee a representative of Texas called Bill 127. This bill is a heavy duty comprehensive bill. Requiring a gun license for a gun holder or an individual who has ammunition. This license is to be renewed annually at a cost of $800. Individuals must undergo a psychiatric exam by a licensed psychiatrist at least two members of the household must also be interviewed. A gun training class consisting of 24 hours of practice must be obtained prior to owning a firear, Which costs more money of course. I am not against gun training of course however the second amendment is a right, not a privilege we must pay for. Firearms are to be registered with the ATF. An online database of such firearms will be made available to the public, so the public can see what firearms your household has. Registration leads to confiscation it always has all over the world. No magazines holding over 10 rounds. Anyone caught transferring ammo or firearms outside of the guidelines set by the ATF will be hit by fine no less than $50,000 no more than $100,000. This is just some of the bullet points from this bill 127 that I just pre-reviewed last night. I'm still gathering more of the meat and potatoes of that bill. it is certainly an infringement on our second amendment. They want our guns stored in a separate safe and ammo stored in a different safe. They have plans to make it too expensive for a regular individual to own a firearm with all the annual fees and make it impossible to use one in an emergency when your ammo is separated from the firearm and under lock and key so on and so forth. Many argue we are heading towards communism with the anti-first amendment and anti-second amendment examples I have given above. I would suggest you check out NTD news, newsmax, zooming in with Simone GAO, TFI global, sky News Australia for a different take on news. CNN MSNBC ABC CBS NBC will mislead you. they are a wing of the liberal Democrat Party and put a spin on everything they say. I would suggest starting with NTD news. See what you think

Thankfully for me in the 90's when I was in elementary school, school shootings was not that common. However, when I started to go to middle school and high school which were in the early 2000s that is when I started to notice that schools shooting were sadly becoming a common occurs. Then in the year 2016 I believe when I was in my aerobic conditioning class in the football stadium at my local community college. All of a sudden I see a custodian running towards us yelling active shooter. Then my aerobic conditioning teacher as fast as he could took us to a pressbox. Which was the closest and most secured building that he could find at the time. We had to stay there unit he was given the ok from the dean of the college I believe or from a police officer. I was not only worry about the situation where I was in, but I was also worried about my brother who was also on campus that day. The only way to communicate with each other was through text messages, which I think were not working very well that day too. When I finally got home it was well into the evening.

Let’s look at what she is saying: 1) The student who asked the question is a “somebody.” So she shouldn’t be allowed to profit off of her desire to get an education. 2) School professors have jobs teaching classes. Having a job is profiting. After putting years of going to school to learn the skills to be professors and working potentially 60 hours per week, should a professor be expected to do all of that for free and not be able to afford food or put a roof over their head? If such a job doesn’t pay anything, who would be stupid enough to do it, and who could afford to do it? 3) There are plenty of other legitimate employees who either work directly for the University or who do services for the University. Should the Construction worker who works in all weather doing a relatively dangerous job to build and maintain the buildings on campus be expected to work for free and not be able to put food on the table or a roof over their family’s heads? 4) I recognize there are definitely predatory lenders out there, and they absolutely need to be stopped, but interest on loans is to basically give people an incentive to loan you money and also to make up for inflation. Who on earth is going to be stupid enough to lend someone money with NO INTEREST knowing a certain percentage of people who borrow money default and never pay it back when they could take that same money and invest it on the stock market or buy a home (or a rental property) or do several other things with that money that guarantee it won’t be lost and also won’t be devalued by inflation? No one. Taxpayers may do it, but if they do it is only because it is under threat of a gun. Now don’t get me wrong, if asked nicely some people may donate money out of the kindness of their hearts because they want to and can afford to. But most loans come from ordinary citizens who are struggling to pay for the highly inflated costs of food and housing and child care and who are also struggling to pay off their own student loans. To be clear, I can make a very good argument for why taxpayers should at least consider paying for at least the tuition and fees for students (room and board is a bit more questionable, but I can even make that argument, too). And while most people in the education industry aren’t making bank the way people probably think they are, there certainly are some players that are making obscene profits (publishers of textbooks, Microsoft, predatory lenders, etc.) that need to be held to task. But the statement that no one should profit off of a student’s desire to get an education is ridiculous. In fact, the truth is we all hope to profit off of a student’s desire to get an education, and if all of society is better for it and even richer for it that’s a good thing.
