Rob finally gave in and sold all his trusted and faithful Drift HD Ghost Head Cam's and upgraded to the long awaited Sena 10C Evo. This video sees Rob using and explaining the basic functions and controls along with the Smartphone App to set it all up. As soon as the lockdown has lifted I will do a demo ride.

Hi to anyone that replays to this. on the EVO when you hook it up to a battier and turn on your camra does your red light go off and does the evo still charge. mine keeps shutting off the red light once i turn the camra on

Great video, but for the life of me I cannot pair my Apple 14 Pro Max to the app.....I'm gonna let it charge more, and try again. Fortunately one can use the camera without the app...

How long will the battery last if 1080p video recording and play music at the same time?

You should be able to connect WiFi in order to access the app on a smartphone. Failing this get in touch with Senna Support. Let us know how you get on.

There is no way to connect camera to the internet. However, the camera can create its own WIFI hotspot and you can connect your phone to that WIFI.

Go into the app on your phone and in the settings you can format the card. You will need the Sena unit on and the camera on too.

Tried down loading a video clip from the App yet? Did it a few times but have no clue it went too?

Ye I'm more comfortable taking the card out and doing it the traditional way. Ive not really explored that yet but it is on my list.

Download the clip from the app to mobile phone then transfer it to your desk top.

Hi RJH - I noticed in your Sena 10C EVO Shoei Neotec 2 installation, you had the camera positioned on the helmet just behind the pad that accepts the Sena SRL. In a later video, I noticed you moved the 10C directly on top of the SRL pad. Was there a particular reason for doing this? Did you encounter any issues with the cheek pads and Sena clamp mount when installing in this location? I only ask because I have a Shoei Neotec 2 and am about to install the Sena 10C Pro. Your video has been very helpful. Seems a Sena camera/com install on a Neotec 2 is a rare occurrence. regards, - Rick

Hi no reason other than the helmet is over 12 months old and im not aware of the pad that accepts the Sena SRL? I have moved the positioning 3 times now and the latest video of the road ride is just right and as far forward as I can locate it. Maybe I'm the first to install it on this helmet? No problems fitting the clamp mount by the way and its very secure.

Thank you for the reply. The pad I am referring too is the black plastic triangular piece that is on ether side of the helmet. If installing an SRL system, you would have to remove them. I forged ahead and installed the 10C Pro without too much fuss. If your the first to install this system on a Shoei Neotec 2, I am the second. HA! - keep up the great content. - Rick

Whenever I get into voice command mode, the fucker just calls random people off my contacts list- and I cant end the bloody call! I had a family member think i’d crashed as I never usually call them - thinking that turning the device off would cut the call- it didnt. So bloody frustrating - I say ‘play music’ and it goes ‘unknown command, calling X’

Why didn't you show us the view with the helmet button closed? My helmets are also modular and I'm warring of how shall I mount such device to have a nice view. As I noticed you mounted the device with the pin. I have no chance to make it the same way `cause my helmets have the sun visor lever in the bottom of this corner. Does the sticky mounting provide the ability to change the angle of the camera when it is mounted?

Helmet button closed? You mean flip down? Take a look at some of my recent video's and you will see me filming whilst riding and the flip down.

Anyone here that can assist me? Ive bought the Sena 10C Evo few days ago and can't get it to connect to my phone through wifi/camera app. I changed the wifi to 2.4Ghz already to try if that would work other then the 5.0Ghz option. With no succes. I have a Xperia XZ Premium phone. I've connected through my wifi to the sena, entered the correct password, it's connected but everytime i go back to the camera app, it says it's not connected to a camera and i need to re-do the entire setup again. Done it 11 times now and i just put the device back in the box before i smack it into a wall haha :p. Thanks in advance!

Utubers never tell the full truth. You don't mention that you can't use the camera without the app. You can't have Google maps playing in the background with the camera running because the camera and the phone has got to be connected to the devices internet which blocks the 4G. So you can't use Google maps whilst recording? You can't just turn on the camera without the app because it doesn't record the app constantly crashes. It is the worst camera and app I have ever had and that say something
