These guys extract this money, invest it in real estate in some other country and vanish. Far from anyone's reach. How many of these homeless people are the end result of this? Really? Show us what laws he broke. Companies are allowed to sell assets, they're allowed to make money. Hospitals are not charities, they are for profit businesses. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but the rules as set forth by the government. And the Republicans are perfectly happy with that. They want less rules.

I’m a nurse in LTC. We are currently being bought out by another company. Our current owners are claiming bankruptcy. Bills are not paid. We cannot get the supplies we need, our machinery is not maintained properly, we run out of toilet paper and paper towels on the regular, we are constantly short of linens, we have lap top computers that you cannot unplug or they die instantly, we couldn’t get paint because we owed Sherwin Williams $100!! Look into the owners of these facilities, they are billionaires. Meanwhile workers and residents suffer.

I am a patient of Steward Health, they would send you to one appointment and instead of your primary care doing everything they send you to 3 of thier doctors. I had my spinal surgery and stayed in St. Annes, It took hours to get anyone to come for assistance. I had no assistance getting up until they tried to boot me out the door. My mother had surgery there and because she needed pain meds which she doesn't tolerate she had a bed alarm to avoid her getting up and falling cause I couldn't be there, she was left unattended for hours.

Americans deserve better healthcare than the private sector scraps these for profit & large "nonprofit" health systems.
