No it shouldn't but like Kennedy asked a witness why FDR wasn't prosecuted for Japanese Internment camps or Truman for Atomic Bombs dropped on Japan or Obama having Americans killed who opposed his actions & Trump was & yet not one person was killed except a Woman who was a Republican & actually not for what Trump was involved in . Before you say Insurrection he was never charged with or prosecuted for Insurrection & neither was any other person from 1-6-2021?

The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution is written "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Three clauses separated by commas. A well regulated Militia -- The "What" Being necessary to the security of a free State -- The "Why" The right of the people to keep and bear Arms -- The Rights granted to a subset of the population. Shall not be infringed. The part the gun people remember. What people don't remember is that there have always been restrictions on fire arm ownership and use. Other than subsistence hunting, Militia members keep their firearms in the Town Armory.

@@artjoly6348 but that has nothing to do with unstable people shooting schoolchildren and teachers. It says "A well regulated militia..." that means being bound by rules and restrictions the same as a soldier is.
