You know i was a middle-class girl right?. Becasue this is outrageous, and I feel compelled to defend myself! You know, just because I’m giving general and vague answers, it doesn’t mean I’m a puppet and know nothing. I mean, sometimes you need to be general to give a broad view of things you don’t understand, being broad doesn’t mean you’re avoiding specifics-it’s just another way of addressing the bigger picture you know nothing about. And just because I’m not always able to answer in a clear or reasonable way doesn’t mean I’m being controlled by someone else. By the way, I’ve recently been really into origami-making paper cranes is so calming. Anyway! It’s like, when you’re asked a question, sometimes you’ve got to give an answer that’s... open to interpretation, so you can later defend yourself in court. I mean, sooner or later they’ll realize I’m just a confident hustler. Back to what I was saying-being a little vague and unspecific isn’t about dodging the question. It’s about making simple-minded people believe I’m seeing all the angles and possibilities without really committing to anything, and that doesn’t make anyone a puppet. Sure, it looks bad, but it just means I’m thinking on a whole other level! Even if it’s kindergarten level, it’s still a level.

If there is a public park with monuments, and Senator Lee wants to put his monument there, and Utah says no, then Lee would have to show that he's being dicriminated against. He'd have to show that other private citizens were allowed to erect monumnets there, and he is not. Specifics like that matter, Sen Kennedy.
@ronaldjohnson1474Ай бұрын
Sen. Kennedy already understands this, therefore his question, which Brindisi is clueless about.

Think of that last case this way, Senator. Kind of like the Venn diagram in the overlapping portions rather than it imploding into a singular it is more like a gestational period within the womb during pregnancy when the "fraternal" split never occurs. The zygote splits to double while still remaining intact and embryonic cycle continues its now predictable gestation. For the Tehas plate, it is a representation of the state anytime it is on a roadway outside of said state. If the truck never travels outside the state however... that would be a violation of rights by the state unto a citizen. With the ruling even being open-ended still lends leeway for the state to get bent over backward looking dumber than ever. and that would be any state, not just Texas. This ruling did nothing more than say Texas this is the easiest path rather than forcing an entire country to radially add some specific identifier to all license plates nationally including the plates which already exist. Then figure out how to get that system into every single patrol car on line and on the road. I say that little setback would be a trillion or so in spending probably.
@donDiegoEstebanMgLKenNDJohnsonАй бұрын
And I still think you owe me a pony.You said you'd buy the thing, sir, for any..., sir, and I do say anyone who "could" find any positive to those situations and my response was (a much cleaner version of...) then Afghanistan was a success in how not to fuck up a military withdrawal turning it into an executed evacuation. Two LSU professors would like to throw a flag on that play. Ask em. It also provided design planning aspects for rapid mass ingress/ egress and evacuation operational aspects to further future training methods for both the long and short term assignment operations in which the US Forces is specifically in all constitutional activities abroad. Far more positive came as a result of that situation than the negative. It is just a matter of implementing what we now know into practical alignment with current parameters.
