This is really old, not even a virus as people say it is. It's a CMD batch code which is a shortcut to shutting down a computer. Renaming and changing the icon file does not make it an actual virus. Thus tricking the user into clicking on it shutting down their computer.

No, I'm not a bandwagoner that loves to follow what people say. It's about user preference not what trolls on the internet say. There is nothing wrong with IE, never has been. I'm on it right now. I mainly use Firefox. I could write a whole entire essay and more on each browser, but I honestly don't care. You seem to be one on the bandwagon which is obvious.
