If your home is within Japan you can but since you said you were visitor then you cannot send things internationally using this service. In fact there’s no COD service for international mail.

You are only required to pay the shipping charge and there is no storage charge on top. As long as you send your baggage early such as a week before then you are safe! Sometimes the baggage can get there within three business days so if you send it on Monday it should get there on Thursday or earlier depending on the time you drop it off. From my experience dropping off your baggage before 4 PM will most likely be in your favor! The airports have a designated area for baggage pick up. Don’t lose your receipt/waybill.
