Hello, i am Canadian visiting Japan for the first time. Is flying from narita to osaka an easier task than taking the bullet train? I am traveling on a budget and bullet train is quite expensive 😅

Hello, for first timer, taking a domestic flight to Osaka might be a easier choice as the procedures might be the same as any other domestic flight in other countries. And Tokyo station might be tough for first timer too as it is big, but it is do able, and once you get use to it, taking train can be easy. Taking an overnight bus can also save money as you don't have to pay for the accommodation for that night. (But might be challenging for first timer)

I heard we can get regular suica card again in Narita. I wonder if they have the ticket office in terminal 2?

For the green regular suica card, from the official JR East website, it still say no suica card. It depend on on site situation too, so it's difficult to confirm whether you can still get them. And Yes, there is JR East service center in terminal 2. www.jreast.co.jp/multi/en/customer_support/service_center.html But currently the welcome suica card, you still can get it from the airport JR East service center.

Does Narita Airport terminal 1 offer luggage storage for a couple days for a long layover?

While you transit in narita airport, you don't need to go through customs, but you will have to go through security screening. Reference - www.narita-airport.jp/en/airportguide/connect/inter-inter/#3.Connection%20procedure

If I do visit Japan web when I show them qr code it let me through immigration and customs so fast without any questions?

Visit japan web is just another option from the immigration and custom declaration paper forms. Depending on the input information, if they need to question you, they still will, but it is much faster than the paper forms since you have already submit your information probably into their system when you submit online.
