for context - both strats skip a puzzle stage that would normally be completed and then Mario would be spawned onto the OW star. The BLJ into hyper jump was found to skip the stage and then later a wall kick strat was found that is faster. I wanted to do the BLJ hyper jump anyway because it is cool.
