This video shows how to send scanned documents to one or more email addresses on the HP Enterprise MFPs. Use the control panel of the MFP to configure the scan to email settings. This can be useful to quickly scan documents and photos and send them to your email for easy sharing.

Yes, but to set the printer up to do this you need to put settings into the printer so it has its own email address to send from. How do you do that?

Can I send Multiple page in one mail

+Md Shajalal Islam Sujon I see that you are trying to scan multiple pages while using scan to email feature. You need to scan as PDF's in order to scan multiple pages to one file. Once you click on scan, by default the file type is selected as JPEG. Touch on the file type and then change it to PDF. Now, try to scan. Once the first page is scanned, it will ask you to add more pages if needed. Select "Add pages" to add the second page to your scan. Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance! Good luck

@@HPSupport used to like the simplicity of the scan to email direct printer function....but your HP SMART APP sucks ass!....I already took back my 3 HP printers to costco and going for a different company....you can do "simplicity" better than using your HP STUPID App for every little procedure.....HP SMART =HP STUPID......nothing smart about your stupid app!
