Senegal Economy Minister: US private sector "missing huge opportunities" in Africa

H.E. Oulimata Sarr, Minister of Economy, Planning, and Cooperation of the Republic of Senegal, spoke to @AtlanticCouncilUS about her plans for the Senegalese economy and her expectations from the 2023 IMF-World Bank Spring Meetings during her stay in Washington.
"The private sector of the US is still seeing Africa, overall, as some kind of a risky investment place," she said. "And I think they are missing in action."
