Links to all of the parts used in the video are listed in the description, with the parts being available from Amazon. When I installed the struts I had them fully extended and I positioned the bunk straight up (perpendicular) to the cabin area. If you do this you will not regret it. I can now easily open and close the camper alone.

The most important hint I can give you is for you to have the bunk completely vertical when installing the struts, and the strut should be fully extended when you mount it. Need more details on the gas struts you purchased from Amazon. Can you post a link for them or give me the length of the struts so I can order some. One of the other comments says it is covered in the details, but I have not been able to find this information. Thanks Much!

Upon further review it looks like you must have an active Facebook account to watch the other guys how to video. My best advice is to have the bunk up at a 90 degree angle and the strut FULLY extended when mounting.
