Hi Meredith, this is only 12 minutes but it certainly is a FULL body blast! I've been doing your standing dumbbell videos each morning! They are awesome! My favorites are the HIT videos and your video using ankle weights and dumbbells! Thank you, love your workouts! Easy for me to follow you at 74:)

Great workout! Meredith, can you tell us what pound weight you are using for this workout? I know you say do what’s right for you but it helps me to know what you are using bc I then use 2 pounds less. Thanks!
